Wait until Microsoft is driving our cars.Microsoft 365 is a subscription that comes with premium apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher, and Access (Publisher and Access available on PC only). That installation problem resolved itself and explained how to avoid it in the future. But the performance and stability of their software won me over. I thought the screens in Windows 8 looked like paper. Word adapts to your mistakes automatically, it just feels firmer and sturdier. The new Word operates "smoother" is all I can say. Get on board with the newest office for better performance and a more intuitive experience. When did Microsoft become so solid with their software they could focus on beautifying it? It's truly becoming a new type of Windows. I really like the background images on the Windows.
I wouldn't have known how much friendlier and more stable the 2013 version is. My technical college is using this version, and so I upgraded. The functionality of the program is bar-none better than 2010. I bet on a fresh system install this will be a seamless install. This software works pretty slick in Windows 7. Microsoft has plans you can pay for to increase your license. The box shows the features and limitations of purchasing this software license, such as no future support for upgrades. The Office 2013 purchase isn't an upgrade, this is a full install. One problem with installing the software was a previous version of Microsoft Office, Starter 2010 was installed and I didn't uninstall it prior to installing Office 2013.
ISO, burn it to a backup disc, and install it from the optical drive. You have to download the software directly from Microsoft. The method of US distribution Microsoft uses is PKC, or Product-Key-Containing. It can’t in the US, only in developing nations. I thought the software could still be acquired with a disc. I didn't know Microsoft only sells medialess copies of their software in the US.
